- All our products are been made in the finest handwoven fabrics and materials . Many processes are manually done .
- Irregularities which may occur are characteristics of handcrafted products and does not count as defects in the product . Slight irregularities in the color or print or weave or any thread pull is due to the fact that fabrics are hand painted ,handwoven and handprinted . This irregularities found in handwoven textile is what make the Makes them beautiful and truly a work of art.
- We don’t have a refund policy for any of our products
- Cancellation of orders after payment and refund of the same will not be possible
- We try to capture the true color of the product as possible but due to different screen calibrations slight color variation might happen and we will not be able to initiate refund
- In spite of our best efforts if you find the products delivered damaged or a wrong product delivered, the customer is requested to inform us about the same within 24hours of delivery through WhatsApp at 8197197005 or email at customercare,AW@gmail.com.
- we need a package opening video as a proof for the same. We accept the exchange within 7 working days of the registered request and hold the right to not to accept the products incase received in a damaged condition or after given time.
- The returned product should be in unworn condition and we will not be able to exchange it if used or damaged by the customer.
- Exchange will happen depending on the availability of the product at the time of exchange. Requesting you to please check before requesting for an exchange.
- Any sale-related orders will not have exchange or returned
- The cost of the return or exchange if any have to be borne by the customer. The decision for any credits will be solely at the discretion of the team ANANYA.
- Returns will not be entertained for reasons of slight difference in color or the feel of material.
